1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Kyrovolt software and services. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kyrovolt.
2. Licenses
A purchase grants you a personal license to use Kyrovolt on one device at a time. A license binds to your computer the first time you activate it. To move to a new machine, use the device transfer option in your dashboard, which releases the old binding for a reduced fee. Licenses are tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing system. You are responsible for any changes you apply to your system using the software. Kyrovolt provides reversible optimizations and restore points, but you use the tool at your own discretion.
4. Payments and plan length
Prices are listed in USD and paid through PayPal or Cash App. We do not process or store card details. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no expiry. Time-based plans (2-week and monthly) run for their period starting from your first activation.
Plans do not renew automatically. When a time-based plan ends, you have a 7-day grace window before the license is removed; after that, buy a new plan to continue. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Disclaimer
Kyrovolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific performance gains, which vary by hardware and configuration. To the extent permitted by law, Kyrovolt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
